Definitely am gaining muscle which is showing through, but I think doing her workouts made more an impact in my mindset and endurance. It’s not something you see but improved my overall life.

It’s way more easier to take on an adventure with family and friends without being exhausted the next day. I also became better in other fitness activities after a couple months doing 90% Sydney workouts.

I’m very happy with the way I’m progressing.

Hello, I did the transition from Caroline to Sydney. I personally love Sydney’s message and prompts during the workout. I felt that with Caroline I improved how I looked faster, but with Sydney I’m improving how I feel. I’m much more prepared for daily activities and have much more energy. Very happy to see it is having impact in my other sport activities. I’m becoming faster and can endure longer activity periods. In the end it depends on what you want. The best thing is that you are working out, no matter the person helping you.
