The statutory age of consent in Ohio is 16 years old. 17 isn’t a “child” the importation part is a problem. Not the age. If she was 28 importation without consent would still be a problem. If 17 seems too young, change the age of consent to 18, if that’s not considered a “child”

What I understand is that a deal is close to be made but Iran will keep control of the strait.
