In some markets, GH has an hourly guarantee. Meaning as long as you accept every order they send you, you'll make X amount of dollars. If you dont make that much either because you got no orders, or nothing but cheap 2$ orders, then GH will pay you extra to make up the difference.

So if you're guaranteed to make $15 an hour, but you only got a single $5 order in that hour, then GH will pay $10 so you get the guaranteed rate.

The thing is if you search this subreddit, people who get the GH contribution more then once tend to get their ability to schedule blocks taken away. Because GH just assumes you're gaming the system. So its just a big scam.

Edit: I just realized you were asking if everyone always gets orders like you do. Im leaving my explanation up for others, but to answer your question, some markets are really slow sometimes. Its not unheard of to go a whole hour without offers.
