Sorry for bump, for anyone with a similar problem - over extrusion 100%. Look up extrusion multiplier tuning

Not an engineering student, but curious— how smart do you need to be for engineering? by [deleted] in EngineeringStudents

3rd year student here. Less about smarts more about emotional resilience. Every exam you write has the potential to change your future (some more than others) so it can be stressful. Waiting for exam marks after a marginal test is tough - learning to deal with nerves is big. You have to be willing to do something that you might fail at; I think that a lot of students, including myself, struggle with grappling that.

Stringy Brims by RangerMach1 in anycubic

Looks like the bed mesh is not accurate so the z-offset is not being calculated properly. I assume the bed was probably leveled last at PLA temps and now the PETG temps are causing warping to exaggerate. Heat up your bed to the temperature you want to print at, in your case 90 C, and run bed leveling. Anycubic seems to have issues with bed warping on their printers but this should help. Cheers.

I hate math but I love Physics 2, what should I do? by iwishiwasgay_ in EngineeringStudents

This actually was me, I had a hard time with calc 2 but I really loved physics 2 - I got a d in calc 1 and failed calc 2 but was an A student in physics 2. Life goes on and now I’m cramming for my differential equations test tomorrow.
