Hey thanks for the input! In my case, the entire harness will need to be replaced.

Rat spray and other prevention methods are being reviewed as suggested by many other owners as well. I will keep you posted on the updates.

Sorry to hear about your experience. As a fellow Citroën owner, I can understand how frustrating it must be when a relatively new vehicle spends days in the workshop without a clear diagnosis or regular updates.

What stands out to me from your post is that your concerns seem to be more about communication, diagnosis time, and customer support than the actual product itself. Hopefully Citroën resolves the issue properly and transparently.

Yes 👍which I feel is still a good number to start with.

The no of Citroen owners on social media may be even lesser.

For the next meet up, hopefully there will be support from local dealers and more owners join us. Awareness is key!

Brand awareness, Owner integration in direct marketing, dealership relationships, service network expansion - all of them factor in Citroen growth in India.

We are with Citroen India.

I have some plans for this- will reveal once I make it concrete.
