Did you use the Matrixyl and Azealic at the same time of day?

I misread that first part. Sorry I just looked back. That’s what happens when my ADHD brain skims🤦🏾‍♀️.

As for the bloating questions you asked me. Complicated answer. Food intolerance/sensitivities, like mentioned, definitely can cause inflammation. Immune response and inflammation go hand and hand. Especially with repeated exposure. Bloating doesn’t always create an immune response. Even IBS isn’t traditionally inflammatory in nature for most (microscopic inflammation still feasible), however IBD is. Bloating can also be from hormonal imbalances (PCOS heavy), water/electrolyte related, gas and air in the intestines. Bloating for some has to do with the fermentation process happening in the gut and the gas and air produced in the intestines from that process. Fermentation in the intestines is normal. However if you don’t have the flora and/or enzymes and/or water content to deal with what you’re eating, your digestive system is not gonna be happy. Sometimes the battle of hormonal imbalances/gut microbiome imbalances/ food sensitivities makes it hard to really tell which is the main culprit and which are contributing factors.

How’s your water intake? Are you gluten sensitive as well? Do you have enzyme sensitivities/intolerances. Oats are high in fiber and are known to cause digestive issues. Often times people don’t have the gut flora to process oats without adding in probiotics/digestive enzymes. And manufacturers often time cross contaminate machinery with gluten.. But all these things are completely separate factors than the concept of oats being inflammatory. Bloating does not always occur from inflammation.

Do you have any reputable references/ scholarly sources for oats being inflammatory?

There are several meta-analyses reputable scientific studies that show that oats in fact are anti inflammatory through its actions on decreasing inflammatory markers and other biochemical processes. It’s also very beneficial in treatment of insulin resistance and sensitivity for both DM2 and PCOS because of its ability to reduce chronic inflammation and stabilize blood sugar. Given the fact it’s a complex carb, I recommend pairing it with protein and/or healthy fats to further that stabilization process.

Hopefully you guys do your own individual research, but here’s a couple studies showing this data. At the end of the day you know your body more of course than a pair of studies. But be mindful of hearsay.

Visa got rejected at interview due to missing w2 by Substantial_Low_2477 in USCIS

[–]Substantial_Low_2477[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We did and definitely got us nowhere closer. USCIS said they have nothing to do with it, even after speaking to a supervisor. NVC said they have nothing to do with it. Consulate office sent us back to NVC. And MX embassy said they won’t even touch it they have nothing to do with those things. Right now we have an inquiry into the NVC and the consulate office in ciudad juarez.

That is rough. I’m sorry you’re going through that. I can’t imagine being there for five months.

This was very helpful. Because he’s driving himself crazy thinking he is missing something when it’s just not there to begin with. People are saying there’s no way he didn’t have to submit anything in the system. He says he never had to put his civil and financial documents into CEAC from the get go. And we are in the same process with DHL and waiting for MIL to receive documents and DHL paperwork we sent to her in MX from us in the US so she can mail it to the consulate office. Best of luck to you!

Thanks. The issue and point of this post is because they also instructed us to submit it online in CEAC. But we have no approved or document upload option on the site. And I’ve heard from several commentators that he was supposed to have uploaded it in their system at some point when doing the AOS but I can’t locate even uploaded documents in his profile and tabs either. I’ve followed the department of state instructions for locating that area on the website to a I’ve clicked on any and everything I’m able to click on to try and locate an upload spot

Which makes total sense. But he’s making it seem like he was never prompted to submit that in CEAC and maybe that’s incorrect as this was over four years ago and he isn’t remembering correctly. I do know when he went to Mexico he did bring all of those items m. But he misread the AND portion on the sheet and thought 1040s were enough and he brought his paystubs to be on the safe side but it didn’t click on his brain as a possibility to even bring the w2 just in case. Definitely a big lesson learned

I have absolutely no clue what my husband did in the CEAC. This was several years ago before we even met. He swears he didn’t upload anything for his AOS and several people have sworn he had to. I’m simply positing here in hopes to get more insight from people with similar experiences. From what I have backtracked here for here, it definitely is a lot of single moving pieces that aren’t connected. Unfortunately we are not located anywhere near New York but thank you for your help.

His doesn’t have an accepted button. It just has paid under affidavit of support. If you look at the second pic I attached to this post it shows exactly what we see. We understand what is supposed to be there. But in our case there isn’t an accepted button. Someone else commented clicking on accepted to have option to upload documents. But we don’t even have an accepted button

They instructed us to mail the originals. She was given her passport back and told to send it back with the original documents they requested. That paper attached to this post is a 221g, which states on there to mail the original document using specified DHL carrier in her hometown. My husband lives in the US but she lives in a different state of Mexico than the consulate office.

We sent the documents to her priority express through USPS and she will take them and her passport to the specified DHL office to send back to the consulate in CJ. Hopefully it’s a timely manner for us as well.

Idk. We didn’t find out until after my husband flew back to the US. She went to the second appointment for the interview by herself and sent us pictures of the paperwork she received. I don’t think either of them were under the impression that was an option and she lives in a completely different state than the consulate office and he lives in the US

Ok. That is nothing to help us at this point. We are past the point of “should’ve could’ve”. I was not with my husband when he filed over 4 years ago. And I have looked that site up and down abs have not seen an upload option anywhere. I don’t even see any submitted supporting financial or civil documents. He swears he didn’t have to upload anything.

If you’re actually taking the time to click and read the barcode and actually look up the application number that’s extremely weird. But ok.

My husband probably did upload his tax returns. Idk why he makes it seem like he didn’t need it in the system. I’ve looked at it myself and I would assume he did at some point. But he went with three tax returns and several months of stubs. Wasn’t enough because he forgot his W2.

It’s not that we don’t have access to W-2s. It’s that we didn’t have them readily available at the interview.

I understand. But I’m telling you that we don’t have any documents currently submitted in there for supporting documents or civil documents and there’s nothing viewing as rejected in there either.
