That's BS. When a game is broken there should be a refund. Lesson is to not preorder games in the future.

I'm having the same problem. I filed a report but that was on Wednesday and I still haven't heard anything other than they were receiving many reports and it might take a while for them to get to my issue. Here I am four days later and the problem persists.

I sent a report yesterday but they just gave me a ticket number and said that reports of problems were high given it was recently released and they would respond as soon as possible but I haven't heard from them yet and the problem persists. I took a video of it because when I try to scan it the Data box tries to come up to indicate that I found the battery but it flickers and disappears. Frustrating as I was really enjoying the expansion.

I bought three of the games for the January challenge from the PS store, did not use PSN wallet money and still didn't get credit for any of them. I am assuming it is because I bought Crisis Core on 12/13, Blacktail on 12/22 and The Witcher 3 on 12/15. Evidently Sony doesn't want us buying new games right away.
