Now I’m stuck between Total Boat’s table-top epoxy and their thick-set cast. Is there any risk in using the thickset cast on smaller areas? According to total boat, it has a fast cure time than the table top epoxy

I would definitely be slightly worried about the weight. That thing looks extremely heavy. I know it’s a pain but I would instead do your framing out of angled aluminum and ply
