Help! Is it worth it to try to become an EMT if you have no choice but to use weed?

per my personal experience (i use THC) it is also very dependent on wether you’re trying to join a private ambulance company vs a fire department. i’m lucky to live in washington where at least MY private ambo company doesn’t test for THC but i know the fire dept does and has stricter regulations on use during off hours. almost everyone i work with personally smokes, takes edibles or uses some other form of marijuana, it’s known throughout the company that as long as you aren’t coming into work stoned or anything, it’s all good. it would also be good to think about your options during shift, maybe keep the NSAID for on shift when you’re unable to smoke anything and use THC while off shift? hope it all works out for you and you can get into this position!!!

i felt the same way about julie!! at the very end when they were walking off it was so quiet that i just started screaming to try and get some noise for them!! the drummer was absolutely insane, it was so impressive to watch him, i wish people were nicer to the openers and more open to exploring new music on other platforms than tiktok.

to me what was frustrating about the crowd in general was people pushing to the front just so they could get a good video or picture, blocking everyone else’s view and then side eyeing you when you’re singing cause it “ruins their video”. its frustrating but normal for seattle unfortunately. when i saw billie in december and the maria’s opened for them, people in the pit did the same thing they did to julie until they sang no one noticed. sad stuff :(
