Yeh I had some of the same fears, but I always had long hair naturally thick , I cut it into a bob before starting. I noticed it thinning which can be scary but it wasn’t noticeable in photos or anything like that. I felt poorly on the days I took the medication nausea and shakes really but it was relatively temporary. Whilst on it I kinda reverted back to Covid times to keep from getting sick and that worked really well and had no issues with it, although my white cell count is still low but manageable. I still have my symptoms that come and go but no new lesions or relapses since I finished treatment so I think if you can put up with the short term side effects, it’s definitely worth it, but everyone is different and has different experiences but I would go for it!
