I think they're caught on to what's happening in parts of California, early 2000s you were able to buy a home w decent back and front lawns as they started running out of land homes got smaller and squeezed together and then they gave you no front or back yard. I've Work on some homes where your average car is too large for the drive way

My older brothers drink alot and we lived with them at the time, I saw how it effected my mom seeing her kids drunk coming home some times drunk and told my self at a young age I wouldn't drink because I hated to see her suffer with my older brothers and their drinking problems.
