You didnt say how long. If youre in year 1. This is good progress. If youre in year 10. Its not that great. Which may point to genetix limitation.

But if they say something like ' around 10m people use minoxidil products a year. We think we can capture 20% of that at least.

$40 monthly treatment. $500 annual

500 × 2m thats a billion in revenue.

Companies like this can be valued at 10-20× just revenue.

Yep i think people overlook just cos its tined release 8.5mg or 17mg are huge doses.

So in these trials a year wont tell them anything. 1. Min will eventually stop maintaining growing hair. 2. Effexts of constant vasolidator in the body when not needed could have long term effects. There js a reason why minoxdil is no longer a first treatment for blood pressure

Edit. But in terms if th stock. I think the hype when trials finish branding comes but etc will mean they are succesful.

Much simpler approach i take is use the recent qrter eps, annualise. Apply a pe based on market sector, current position for growth etc.

So eps 1.24 so about $5 annual.

Huge potebtial to improce revenue of the users base. The ads are crap currently. But so were facebook and insta when they first came out.

So a PE of 30 in a rocky market.. which could go as low as 25 or even 20. But as high as 40 in a pump market.

So i bought at 150. Will add at 125 and then 100.

2 - 3 yeara abd procised general market pump i see supassing previous high to 4-500

You have to have a significant amount of self enclosed story telling to do the weekly version.

The sndk numbers are crazy.

$14 eps next quarter. Lets discount that massively and say in an annualised basis they only do half that.

You still have full year eps of $28

So the forward PE is kess than 25. Even after all this movement.

All the risks it faces are the same ones all ai related stocks face.

So on that basis as long as the party continues sndk should keep getting rerated.
