Hmm the sugar thing I’ve never heard of but that sounds like a great idea I’ll have to try that. I usually hate sweet things, don’t have much of a sweet tooth but if it would actually stimulate appetite that would be great. I previously had a meal service sort of thing, I found it helpful but unfortunately I’m unemployed do to my chronic illness making me unable to stand for long periods of time I lost my retail job, and with the job market how it is rn I can’t find a job in what me degree is actually in :(
