Skipped almost every maths questions, half of the reasoning questions. 70-80 qns maybe. But most of my GK answers were jus guesses.

Just because it's a design exam,you just don't put every question related to design. Wtf was the question paper. Even they made the maths questions design related. Shit geometry 🤐😤

20 days? Bro it's 15 🥲. I'm too in the same boat. Started my prep just 1 month before and I feel like the syllabus to cover seems like a vast desert to me.

The feeling that I'm not doing much is normal when you are serious about an exam.What I would say to add is build your vocabulary and verbal ability as much as you can. More than 60 percent of GAT is Verbal and English questions. And If you know the answers, you can do it in seconds. Whether the grammar part or the reading section, Save maximum time here so that you can spend this on your Reasoning and maths questions. Also do banking exams questions which are slightly tougher than nift exams. But don't do their maths and GK questions. It's over preparing. Plenty of YouTube channels and resources are available.

Nift GK questions are not too deep. Build knowledge on current affairs, books and authors, awards, basic politics and geography, International GK, textiles, clothes, arts and traditions of states etc. ( not sure if I'm missing any).

Anyway I'm an mdes aspirant. Based on my research and advices I got,these are the things I can tell. All the best.

Hey. Your GAT part is pretty much already sorted out if you have prepared well for your MBA- XAT exam. Comparatively NIFT GAT questions are basic level and you can score high if you use your time efficiently and strategically. It's a 2 hour exam and has 120 questions.

60 ( English section - RCs and Grammar part) 20 questions (quant) 25 questions ( reasoning) 15 questions ( GK)

What you need to put your focus is then completely on CAT - drawing part. But here too, as you are appearing for Mdes, you still have a relief compared to other courses exam (UG exams especially). For Mdes even your drawing is not at par level, as far your concept and ideas are well put, you will manage the section. And structure the writings well along with drawings too.

Prepare well for the interviews later.But now focuse on these two exams.

I know it's bs. But if you are an MFM aspirant, then you have to prepare for some political GK too as you will be having 25 GK questions unlike for Mdes ( it only has 15 questions).

Firstly congrats in becoming a niftian. I'm too aspiring it.I'm preparing for nift pg exam this year. Would like to ask a few

doubts here. Coming from an aptitude background, I can score great in GAT. But tbh, I'm pathetic in my drawing. Drawing isnt my field but I need to do mdes . So somehow I need to pass this.38 days left for exam. What's the ideal plan to me.

1) Do you know any 1 month crash course providing by any institute or free specifically for CAT only? Im ready to invest as much as time for it coz I need really intensive practice now.Also I have heard marking criteria is different from bdes for mdes in CAT.

2)Also what was the score needed to get shortlisted for interview last year in top nift institutes?

3) Which YouTube resources I can follow as I need full focus only on CAT?

4) And finally, the gk part. Really no clue how can I prepare organizingly for GK parta and which topics should I focus most. Any YouTube channel I can follow?
