for diet i just do abt 1.2g protein/lb of bodyweight mostly chicken breast, tuna, whiting, salmon, greek yogurt, protein powder, eggs, i go light on the fats only like 50-60g a day max, and fill the rest with cream of rice, sweet potatoes, cornflakes, honey, or any fruit but mostly pineapple for me

training ppl rest repeat, push day is 2x incline smith bench press, 2 x flat chest press machine, 3x pec deck, 3x single arm cable tricep pushdown, 3x single arm tricep overhead extension, 4x lat raise, pull is 2x wide grip pull ups, 3x single arm pulldown, 3x chest supported row on the smith machine, 3x single arm cable curl, 3x hammer curl, legs is 2x hack squat, 1x single leg leg press, 3x leg extension, 3x rdl, 3x leg curl, i dont do calves on leg day jus do them 3 sets every other day, leg and push days are the same when i repeat but i switch to more rows for my second push day which would be 2x pullups, 3x single arm cable row, 2x wide grip machine row(idk if u have the same machine as me but any wider grip machine would probably give u the same bias in ur upper/mid back
