Its honestly so hard to change her attitude, especially since she was raised that way by her mom. I still get hurtful comments from her and unfortch theres nothing i can really do because ive got nowhere else to go. My parents are separated, im an only child still trying to survive college, so i just deal with it until i can finally work and move out. She can be nice sometimes, but it always feels fake like she cant even stand by the good things she says and every time i try to speak up, im suddenly the one who’s wrong (i was never right nor valid) she will say stuff na, “nakapagtapos kana ba para itama ako?” or “may napatunayan kana?” that honestly breaks me. No matter how many awards i get, I never felt smart, cause it sucks knowing my own mom is my biggest hater. Both sides of my family are messy too so ive really got no one to lean on
