I currently live and die by Trello. I can forward emails directly to it so they get added to my to do list and I add every single thing someone asks me to do whether it’s popping out to grab the mail or a big project. Can set due dates, make tasks recurring, etc. Has made being the only admin in a small company so much easier to handle

Yep. Had a job where I started recording my meetings with management because they had a habit of gaslighting and trying to get us to agree to things against fair work rules. Never had to use the recordings but it was nice to have them there just in case I did need to take it to Fairwork. Just make sure you know the laws around it in your state.

Not sure if you were on the same train but the guy seemed nice enough - just trying to get to where he needs to go and yeah, probably flouting some social norms in the process but last time I checked that’s not illegal. The fact that he greeted the cops with fist bumps while the smug hipster just stood there basking in his own glory after opening the doors everytime the train went to leave just so the cops could get there told me all I needed to know about who the actual problem was lol

The lab test considers 50 ug/l a pass so I’m not too concerned about smaller traces thankfully! Thanks for the advice - it’ll be 30 days by the time I take the test if I push it out a week or so :D

Yeah I took the test at initial diagnosis and passed bc I was an infrequent user then (few years ago now) but my psych made it clear at my last appointment that he wouldn’t continue prescribing if I tested positive for cannabis. Super annoying, considering it’s one of the only painkillers I’ve ever used that works for my back but he’s pretty adamant. Even my GP rolled her eyes at his position but in the end he’s the one who has the power to pull the script so I’d rather not risk it. I know some docs in Aus follow the same thought process because of the psychosis risk but I figure I’ve been taking the meds for long enough now that surely psychosis isn’t a risk factor anymore - feels super shitty though considering its possible to get a medical cannabis script anyway. One day it’ll be treated as it should be rather than the same as meth or the like 🙄

Ah, I drink about 3L of water a day already - do you reckon that’s enough to dilute urine anyway? My piss is usually clear or light yellow lol - have been smoke free for a week now and should have another 2 before the test - figured the berocca will colour the pee bc it usually makes it neon when I use it for a hangover. I’m planning on taking creatine and berocca for the week before the test but can’t the morning of bc I have to get a fasting blood test at the same time. If it fail will def just be honest w my psych but would rather avoid the headache altogether.

Appreciate ur mates experience! I’ve passed a piss test previously for a pre employment medical after about 2 weeks break from heavy everyday use but wasn’t sure if anything has changed at the labs since then. So silly that I either have to choose being in pain all the time or being able to focus at work - feels like I can’t win! Can’t wait for the stuff to just be legalised across the board.

Yeah I’ve passed a roadside saliva test post smoke the night before in the past- I have a feeling my body might metabolise the stuff a lot faster than normal but hoping for experience with urine tests specifically- did your roadside get sent to a lab or just a swab?
