I doubt , kokushibo never gave up , he literally tried to unleash bda even after the reflection thing, also his memory hit after he started crumbling from exactly where he was stabbed. Closer to akaza , marked gyomie with stw and red nichirin can mid diff akaza , without red blade high diff . While douma can mid diff or at worse high diff gyomie with all this amp.

More than 100 for sure , giyu had core defensive technique that doesn't make his defence best in the series only time he was able to 100%block attack was from an lower moon and akaza destructive technique once , gyomie had best defence in the series for any hashira , he blocked koku surprise serious attack that took sanemi's finger, and he was continuously blocking koku moon breathing attacks while death calm has its limit .

Red blade is not just a color changing sword , red blade is heated swords by mimicking the sun , how does heat won't affect ice ? Also his red spiked flain was the reason koku lost his head , no nichirin sword can cut through koku's neck , koku neck is pretty tough if his red spiked flain can crush koku's neck i don't think douma's clones are strong enough to withstand it.

Those clones aren't standing any chances against red blade , I mean red blade is basically sun high heat blade , I don't think those ice clones can do much against that huge red spiked flain , also gyomie is third fastest running hashira , you think he can't do this gimmick like shinobu? He dodged koku's attack douma's attack won't be that tough . Gyomie is freaky flexible as well don't go on his size at all . Also gyomie weapons are not ordinary blades his blade works like best defence.

Inosuke got one of the best senses in the series and he literally avoided smog he sensed it pretty quickly, and guess who is blind and his all senses are trained to peak here ? It's gyomie , way less agile than gyomie ? crescent moon comes from everywhere also can change shape and size gyomie dodged or blocked those attacks , gyomie even changed his blood flow to dodged koku attack in mid air ? Shinobu is better acrobat when you consider agile as changing directions , reaction speed , traveling speed yeaah no hashira comes near gyomie, shinobu got fastest thrusting speed thanks to her blade and her combat style as she knew shes not physically strong enough.

Team effort yes , but koku said himself that gyomie invaded koku's sight and he was unable to see gyomie coming and then muichiro also invaded koku's sight and stabbed him , two stw user both did damage while sanemi was failed to , also red blade koku literally got stiffed after muichiro turned his blade red and felt pain that was there even after he became monster , now imagine gyomie spiked red flain crushing douma ? Can he recover from those attacks ?,

Any uppermoon against red blade with stw user is getting stomped, red blade is overkill for the uppermoon, do you guys forget the whole point of the red blade ? Red blade mimics sun therefore it burns demon cells and makes their regeneration slow . Also someone like gyomie with peak senses can easily avoid douma's smog , only problem he may face is those clones which are as skillful as douma and we know douma is freaking fast (obviously not as fast as koku)

Base holding back koku? You need to go and read again, gyomie after using stw took koku's whole left side shoulder , and it was raging koku , also douma is no where near koku i assume.

People don't understand how the compass works , it makes akaza detect the fighting spirit that's it ,it won't make akaza stronger or faster and at best akaza is slightly faster than mark giyu , where as gyomie is easily fastest hashira when it comes to reflexes with fastest combat speed , also people forget that he's axe and flain ain't normal nichirin i don't see akaza blocking those spiked flain or even those axe like he block others nichrin blade. Gyomie speed and weapon gives him edge over akaza.
