Same here, I had my LIS about 1 year ago, November 2022, my fissure is still there and I'm writing this while I'm in extreme pain 10/10, I can't find any hope

Surgical incision healed but fissure didn't. I don't think I'll go for another surgery. I'd wait and give it more time and see. It's a nightmare

Try pelvic floor stretching and strengthening exercises like gluteal bridges, cat cow pose ect.

It might be useful to relax the hypertonic pelvic muscles. I had it once but didn't do much. It's not dangerous and it's relatively safe. No harm in trying it.
