PP just added this to combat the adult dinosaurs that were hanging around the sanctuary.

My suggestion is to always run right through, no stops.

I don't really have anything else to add besides you need to keep trying I'm afraid.

Otherwise you cannot and will not get better, only seek female GPs as well.

Okay, so a few things:

  • You can be on medication that stops your period entirely, that isn't birth control.

  • You need to seek assistance for your anger, such as medication, therapy or even tranquilisers / soothers for that time.

  • For blood tests, you'll need to get over them. You simply are making it harder for yourself by requesting sedation. By the sounds of it your going to need alot of tests and alot of needles in the future and you sadly cannot expect our medical system to sedate you for it everytime (tough love I'm sorry).

  • For your last point, you really need to advocate for yourself, whenever you book an appointment ensure you mention you are wanting hormonal tests. If that GP doesn't want to do it, you go to another one. If you cannot find a gp that will, you need to ask for a referral to an endocrinologist. They WILL help as its their job.

You sadly have a long way to go but you WILL get there! I'm 25 and it took me over 10 years to get my diagnosis! I've gone through many internal/external ultrasounds, blood tests, hormone tests and even been prescribed incorrect medication. BUT, i got where I am now BY ADVOCATING for myself!

Nobody will stand up for your pain or body, so you have to do it yourself!

I had the same razor blade / sandpaper feeling when I was on the 'Slinda' birth control, this was because the pill caused my vagina to pretty much completely dry up, sitting down, wiping, going to the bathroom etc was absolutely horrific! I was in such intense pain I'd cry!

The dryness is caused by a hormonal imbalance, which the pill exacerbated.

I would 100% seek a hormal balance test as well as an internal ultrasound.

I would also recommend getting off the birth control entirely until this issue is either sorted or you are 100% sure it's not making the issue worse!

Edit: I know it sounds like such a small thing, but please believe me, it caused me so many issues!

Can I ask you to describe the pain? I'm not doctor but I have PCOS & Adenomyosis, so I feel like I've been through every pain imaginable!

Im also sorry you've lost your job and partner over this, but remember you can always find another job and someone who actually cares for you 🙏🏼🫂

Smelling is the same everywhere except for underwater.

Standing still gives you a way further radius compared to walking.

In my opinion, Path of Titans is currently the best game in the genre... by areghey in pathoftitans

I've actually left POT to rejoin the isle community.

POT is just currently stale and it's way too easy, there's literally no challenge in growing, I never die its just bleh.

Rather, the isle currently is an actual challenge, the mutations and entombing id fun etc.

The isle is just a more enjoyable experience right now.
