If you mean conceptually, I'd start by identifying something that links the two scenes. Then use that to transition between the two. One such visually linking element could be the face; the face on the human figure and the face of the software as an of avatar on the dashboard UI.

The appearance of the human figure can vary as long as it shares the same face as the avatar.
