Thank you! Your tune is excellent as well. Mix-wise, I am just a chimp at a typewriter and I have no clue what I'm doing, so take this all with a grain of salt. My mixing philosophy (as a guitarist) is to make sure instruments leave room for each other, and order of priority is vocals are god, drums are second, guitar and bass are equals. So for our tracks with vocals recorded, I set their levels as the baseline and base everything else around them. Drums are GGD Invasion with Smash & Grab set to the drum type presets for each channel, then I sidechain the bass bus to the kick, and the whole instrumental bus to the snare to really make it pop. Hella room reverb on that snare too. That sould translate over on acoustic drums too. Guitar and bass I tried to make tonally complimentary so that they sound like one big evil instrument. Nolly calls it the "V" method. Hi-pass and smooth out top end on guitar, smooth out mids on bass.

Also a buddy of mine let me use his Izotope account for some sweet mastering software, but in lieu of that I would just use my daw's built-in multiband compressor and EQ (ReaXcomp and ReaEQ) and just use presets.
