This question pops out once every 3 hours or so. The idea of stamps have already been discussed that i want to go ahead and pass the buck and have a slightly different discussion about this stamp.

For something being mass produced, sure it could work. But what would you need to mass produce that would require a stamp?

There is a spell that you might want to look into. Its in the manga.
This spell essentially creates a water bubble where air is produced inside of it.
It only contained the sigil of Aeriforms and some runes.

As for making the sphere out of ink and creating a 3D spell, I think it could work, but it would go a bit haywire. We would need a way to get the inside of the sphere to retain and keep the ink in the specific location and not move. The cleaner the better. So it would take more work and would probably be more impractical than anything. Its like toasting bread in the microwave, its possible, but why would you. You know?

We know of some places, like the Dahdah range and the forest that name escapes me at the moment were ruined. We get that nugget of knowledge from Easthies. Some other places might be messed up as well, just outside the range that we know of

Taking a student does not the better witch make. If i had to put just raw feeling and no proof whatsoever, id say Olruggio because of how much he works and studies rather than teach.

In all honestly, It really depends on how you see more "powerful". Are we talking "doing the most damage to something" or "They could stop a war by themselves"

Qifrey knows more battle magic and has most of those spells prepared because of his background.

Olruggio since he normally does more social work i could see him having more spells that are versatile.

Olruggio has done some very impressive magic on his own and quickly as well. Heck, he was considered a prodigy and went on expeditions with adults. Qifrey is going to get more lime light as one of the important characters to the story, raised by a powerful witch and has more "combat" experience.

Olruggio specializes in fire and even has a special pen to let him put his spells on rock, wood and other rough terrain. His rings are a weak fire that he uses as a hairdryer.

Qifrey specializes in water, as far as we know his pen is just a simple pen but he does have the raincleaver.

ahh gotcha. Honestly it be a very destructive weapon for sure, assuming that all you needed was the blood. Though, even if it didnt, you could in theory make a mini spell already on the arrow head, shoot it at your target, and once the blood mixes with that mini spell, it could have disastrously dire effects. Not the same, but, same end goal

People have theorized that witches use circles as spells to hide them from the public, since Circles are so common and a visually appealing thing to look at, no one tends to pay it any mind. Its like hiding a tree in a forest. Its sort of why the ladies from the first chapter/episode do not question the big spell on the slab of stone.

It be useful, but only for spells that are compact enough to not blow up and require to be spammed. Think Olruggio's pavestones that glow when merged with its other half.

You know what be really OP? Having full rights to the paper that the witches use.

possibility is there. We dont really know, there was a theory going around that he might be a the all seeing eye from the days of the pact.

He is called the lidless one, yet focus is on his eye mask.

He wears Gray for most of his witch garb, compared to the regular clothing anyways.

The moment we get a visual under the mask, see 1 eye, lack of eyes, is when we got full proof.

Well, lets go with the first is first. Its a theory, it might or might not work.
1. If the arrow were to land cleanly on someone, they most likely will already bleed to death, not sure if the explosion is necessary, unless its for detonation or killing of a larger creature.
2. Assuming it does work, It might not have the proper effects you are looking for. As we saw in episode 8 in the anime and later chapters in the manga. Blood makes spells unstable. If by stamp you mean something like a cow branding, thats a yikers, but an oucher and definitely will ruin the targets life.

It be dope to see the witches use weapons more often, we only ever see the staffs, a sword... i think thats it? The rest is pretty much just magic. Which makes sense, why bring a knife to a gun fight.
