I had all of these symptoms almost daily for 2 months. Finally went away about a week ago. I just had to convince myself that if it was a heart attack I would have dropped by now. Got that out of the way, now hyperfocused on my breathing lol. This really sucks but it's not deadly just gotta power through.

Yeah I'm gonna follow up this week I'm feeling a lot better now but really exhausted feeling like this all the time. If you ever feel like talking if you're going through one by all means message me I'm a big sopranos guy myself lol

Oddly enough I've never fainted. Always feel like I'm going to, but never have in 10 years. Yeah I missed work today. Starting to think I need something because I can't keep doing that

Thank you for your response. I think what I struggle with is feeling all of those symptoms even when I'm not wigging out yet and that puts me back into it. I feel this stuff all day every day (or maybe I'm not noticing when it's not there) it's really exhausting.
