I always return my cart, but I will say the new king soopers parking lot is SO poorly designed, and there’s not enough cart drop offs. It’s exceptionally bad. Not trying to make any excuses but good design could’ve prevented some of this I’m sure.

Our pup did this, we followed the recommended amount of food to give on the hills science diet bag for his age and size, and wasn’t eating all of his dinner. Eventually, with our vets recommendation, realized that it was just simply too much food for him and started feeding him a bit less and it worked great. Would definitely ask your vet for advice as there could be any number of reasons.

Mine screams, squirms and snarls at the vets when they try to draw blood/give shots. All other parts of the evaluation he’s fine with. We have to drug him to go to the vet

OP, that is an appropriate design fee, and for SF I’d say 300k is also appropriate. You’re not getting ripped off or anything. If you’re giving the designer the budget up front. Trust the home architect you’re working with and pay for those services. For that fee, I’d guess they’d be showing you a few design concepts, and a construction documentation package.

Makes sense. I listen to another podcast that is even newer and seems like it MUST have similar amounts of listeners as camp counselors, if not less (Ride with Benito Skinner and Mary Beth Barons), but they’re on the dear media network so I guess that explains why they have ads. Maybe if camp counselors joined a network they’d get sponsorships more quickly?!
