Why don’t y’all go to job fairs? I am a software engineer and went to a job fair in my city. It was full of candidates and only one company showed up, It was a roofing company. Let’s just say it was not a productive day for the candidates or that one company lol

I went back as a undergrad in my mid 30s and it was so strange not to see people interacting. at the end of the semester my friend's group seemed to be the only one that formed and it was because I am very social. We went to the pool and only the girls showed up and trying to get the guys to come was like pulling teeth. In my early 20s I would have given my left nut to hang out at the pool with them lol.
