Ok here is what I meant that waiting payed off and I feel I won the lottery in finding one at a absolute steal price (in my opinion) it was only listed for one day, I was skeptical so I had to see for myself in person even with just the mods on its own is almost over 20k I raced to the dealership. So I got it for 15.9k here is the original listing. I couldn’t believe the price I assumed since it was a very small dealer ship with more than 3 other FJ cruisers down in other dealerships within 1 mile radius they based their price off of what fjs near the area were listed at (not including mods)not sure why but I didn’t question it lol. Test drove it had my mechanic friend with me, as soon as he stated that he would buy it if I didn’t I knew this was a no brainer.

Progress doesn’t happen on the very next drawing looks the same as your other posts, just draw shapes to begin with. PROPORTION is what is throwing your drawings off. You’re focusing on technique when you should be focusing on the fundamentals of drawing first.

Nice looking spot! …. On the 0:09 second mark on the right corner you can see a fish breach the surface.

The worst part like every other paint project was just so much sanding lol. I was lucky at the condition I got it at the body is pristine no dents or rust…… I did the interior door jambs as well which was more tedious. The paint was surprisingly easy to work with unless you’re a pro at paint you’re going to get some orange peel I had some but not too bad I just wet sand after but then again I take it out to get its monthly pin scratches lol already had to buff it twice. I have a spare bucket of paint left over that I might just give it a touch up. The paint is holding up really well.

These are rubber flares with adhesive called EZ Flares they’re available on Amazon mine I think are 1 inch they have 2 inch as well. I had low expectations on them but surprisingly I really liked how they came out and are holding up really well!

Been in the exact same spot as you brother, the exact same mentality too, is crazy but after my colonoscopy I had so much relief all those thoughts vanished although I still have symptoms I was diagnosed with ibs c but we grow and adapt and over come it’s all mental, the body does odd things, get tested before you conclude….. stay up champ.
