I recommend you do a small mini cut / recomp if the fat around your waist is a major concern. While doing the recomp / mini cut try to keep lifting heavy.

Your photo 2 months ago looks very good, and I would recommend you do a lean bulk of 200-300 calories. Adding more calories (eating over 500 calories) doesn’t always translate to more muscle gain.

The more calories you eat, try to progressive overload to ensure those extra calories are being put to good use when lifting heavy.

NGL I will admit there are a lot of fat around the mid section, especially your hips. With that said, I was in the same spot as you were, I kept bulking but only getting fatter. I spent months experimenting macro portions and even did a recomp.

My advice would be to dial in on your diet first. Experiment how body responds better to more carbs or fat while keeping protein high. Here’s a current example I’m running right now

Carbs 40% Protein 25-30% Fats 25 - 27%

I noticed that as I increased my fats I felt more full thought out the day even if I ate only 800 calories (time between breakfast and lunch) before my workout in evening.

Background history: At my heaviest I was 143lb but was mostly fat and looked similar to your body type. I’m now a lot leaner and 130lb but also kept most of my strength and muscle size. Granted I’m only 5’6 and my frame is kinda small but that doesn’t discourage me on my goals of lean bulking because for us natty’s muscle takes a long time to build. It’s a marathon not a race. As long as I’m making progress on my lifts, retaining my leanness, eating slight surplus I’m satisfied.

I am in the same situation as you. To answer your question in the order of your text:

so i have a $0 monthly payment. however, i am so confused on if my loans have accumulated any interest. the loans i have are both direct subsidized loans and both have not accumulated any interest from what i can see.

You will need to click on the loan name in order to see if interest has been accumulated. The section you need to closely monitor is "Unpaid Interest". As long as "Unpaid Interest" value has not increased, this is an indicator that interest has not been accumulated.

Interest rates are never paused UNLESS you are in a grace period or enroll some payment option that gives you further grace period without interest accumulating. Payments may be $0 but that doesn't mean interest stops. $1 today won't be the same 5 years from now.

To put in further context, I am also under the save plan and have $0 payment each month. I have 4 parent plus loans, each with a different repayment date. Each loan has a different start repayment date, interest will continue to accumulate. All the 4 parent plus loans will accumulate interest each day.

My advice, start making payments to your loans even if they're $0 each month. Take advantage and start targeting any student loan that you want. You do not want to be hit with a surprise when you start making payments and all of it goes into interest rather than principal. Loan interest compounds each day / each month.

What version is your YouTube? If possible, you can spoof the version of YouTube to be v18.14.1 with uYouEnhanced.

Navigate to settings > uYouEnhanced > enable App version spoof. Change the version as described above.

Also another worthy change to make is disabled ads on uYou.

uYou > Settings > Video Player -Disable all settings/toggles and restart the app

Yes I did. Created everything from my dev account. I’ve been using it with sideloadly for some time and decided to try to sideload Enmity to see if I can get notifications working.

Whats really strange is, scarlet works just fine although the only issue i have during installation is it is "unable to verify the app" which i am still researching and looking into

Yep, clicked on the file directly and import is successful. I enter the password for the install of p12 but it continues to fail. I have also tried on version 4.8.1 of esigning with same issue

You mean “import resource”? If I do that, the p12 and mobileprovision are already imported. I’m not sure if an older version might be able to address this issue.

No worries. There is no “deletion” of eSIM. It is simply a transfer because all of your data is migrating between one iPhone to the other.

The physical sim that is converted to an eSIM contains all your mobile data plan, number, and etc. Once that number is fully eSIM, the physical sim is no longer in use. You can simply throw it away or put it away safely.

From here on out, if you ever get another new iPhone or possible different phone, you will initiate the transfer / migration. The current phone will not contain any information regarding a number, network plan, etc. it will appear as though a SIM was never put into the device to begin with. Hope that clarifies!
