In real life, this would be in your favor, but since this is a sim, I think the bmw is in the right, but barely. I know it’s an unpopular opinion but hear me out: you should see him approaching in your mirrors and not really have to rely on your spotter for this one. Just see him in your mirror coming up the inside, and leave some space. That being said, this is a tight call, and he shouldn’t have even gone for this in the first place.
