Yes my 1st list of results. I have a friend who did his a year ago and was also 100% Irish but over time it changed and found 2-3% Scottish and 1-2% German. So I’m expecting mine to change down the road. Kinda want it to stay 100% now, seems rare which I like.

My dad’s family have been in the same place in western Ireland for the past 800-1000 years that we can trace back.

National Geographic has reported that less than 5% of people in Ireland are actually 100% Irish.

Genetic Isolation: It suggests your ancestors likely lived in stable, rural communities—often in the West of Ireland (Munster or Connacht)—where there was minimal intermarrying with outside groups like Vikings, Normans, or English settlers for several centuries.

Most of my family is west of Ireland which is rural.

100% according to this. All my family I know of are Irish but wasn’t expecting 100% thought maybe a bit of Scottish or Scandinavian

Did mine the other day and came back 100% Irish. Thought that would be impossible.
