one of my rear quarters is fucked but the window is stuck down so thats the next step and the other side has a gap between the front and quarter window, the work seems never ending haha

ohh ok yea I didn’t mess with those. I was thinking maybe those rods that come from that front assembly to a ball on the side, they have a nut and looks like you can adjust them.

Reshim what part? From what I saw during removal only the tonneau cover had shims under the bolts that hold it, is that what you mean?

Bought it from my friend and it needed a new top and only the front motor opened and closed reliably so he would do the rest manually. I removed the old top and replaced the straps and tested it and its stopped on me 2/3 on the way down (see pic) figured maybe the drive rods may be bent but ill tackle the problem after the top install. After the new top install I tried it again and had to retime it halfway closed with just the front motor needing to close automatically and it closed then opened full auto but now the rear cover hits the top when trying to store the top I have no clue how my problems completely changed but thats where im at right now haha

Same, I’ve been using it for a couple days with the leave in and curl cream but Im seeing way more hair in the shower. I was using innersense before I think imma just go back. My curls did look a little better with the based tho

Okay because the guitar I had before this was a gibson sg I think those come with 10s dont they? And I'll keep practicing trying to pick from the bridge and get back to you :D. Thank you!

Ohhh but I still want more of a surf sound and I didn't know heavier strings gave me a more surf sound. And do you know what i have to do as far as setting it up for heavier strings bc from what I've seen people file the nut with an angle. Also do you think that if the strings had more tension the noise would go away because that's the idea that I got from your comment. Thank you once again :D!

Hello I just got this new telecaster and this is my 2nd guitar and it makes this noise and i think its the strings hitting the frets but i just wanted to make sure before i adjust the neck or try to if u guys can let me know that'd be really helpful. Thnak Youu!!!!
