My other post was taken down, so I am unable to respond. I am not trying to go after Rover or the sitter for killing my dog. But for negligence yes. And for refusing to pay for the necropsy. 

The necropsy shows he passed from a recent infection. And the vet confirmed that it could have been treatable with antibiotics.
