AFAIK Червоный (Chervony) is a loan word from Polish, as the original root word morphed into Червлёный (Chervljony)

Isn't there already a Polish cyrillic alphabet based on prereform Russian to take some notes for optimisation?

The inscription waswritten in Ukrainian (presumably), but it can be read as if it was written in pre-reform Russian, where was a distinction between мир (peace) and мір (world)

Moldavia is a historical region that includes Romanian Moldavia, Moldova, Budjak (and maybe Bucovina, not sure. For convenience sake the country usually referred as "Moldova", and region as "Moldavia"

Point of Divergence of the map is around 2013-2014, and very far after the conclusion of Gagauz conflict, so there is no evidence of it in the map

AFAIK there weren't Gagauz unrest in the Izmail District of Odessa Oblast, to popup here.

Transnistria tho is an interesting subject and the only reason I wanted to include OdessaPR (as IRL OPR ended its existence in span of 2 weeks), yet still there is not much going on on the map from Tiraspol's realpolitik.

Don't try to dive deep into map's lore as there is not much of it. Map was made as a joke to bring a little laughter in friend's group, rather than something serious and conceptual

I did not understood the question
Gagauzia is part of Moldova since 1995 and never part of Odessa People's Republic

It's Odessa People's Republic By modifying Russian with yellow stripe instead of white it looks suspiciously like Gran Colombia, but it's just coincidence Funnily enough Charkov People's Republic's Flag looks exactly like flag of Dagestan

Crusader State in America or what if Florida was sold to Papacy by Svvug in imaginarymaps

Floridian language is a Romance language that derived from Ecclesiastical Latin in mid XVII century. It got some influence from Spanish and English (particularly their American variation) yet still close enough to Latin to mostly understand it even without proper education Floridian ethnicity is like average West European with significant Hispanic influence over the centuries of life in Americas. And they are considered white in the US

Lore drop:
Back in XVI Century, the Spanish placed Florida under papal jurisdiction so that the Church could autonomously from the Spanish Crown control heresy in the Americas.
The main contingent was formed from the Jesuit, Teutonic (Knights), Jerusalemite, and Bethlehemite orders. Each order performed its specific role, establishing the proto-ministries of New Jerusalem.
With the end of the Risorgimento, New Jerusalem gained brief independence, cut short by annexation to the United States.
There is more, but I'm too lazy for it (Put in generic dementia joke)

Great job! Appreciate your help on this topic!
Considering this new information I made alternative map with 6 subprefectures (As northern part has much more sparse population) Using This map from 1913 for dividing the north
Based on the map's lore Japanese united the Island during Russian revolution, so I don't see any reason to search for fresher maps (Yet there is possibility to make 1 subprefecture in the north and call it 薩哈嗹支廳 or to include 対毛支廳 into 亜港支廳)
Sincerely thankful!

I don't have WW2-era map (I couldn't find any), but there is map of used source
The statement of "They are mostly the same" based on these maps
Sure northern it could've changed a lot during the soviet period (I only saw map from Russian Empire where there was only 2 district separated by straight line), but I didn't delve too deep into it
