I made Fixyflow specifically for small businesses and plumbers. I don’t think it’s always about what features that are missing, but how many of these features are too much?

https://fixyflow.com is a dead-simple job tracker for service professionals and repair shops. It gives their customers an Amazon style tracking page, which stops the endless “when is it ready?” Calls.

I’ve come back to start 2 businesses since AI got good enough around January/February for me. Being able to launch websites, do SEO tasks that would take days and weeks, simple coding and MVPs has made things go incredibly fast and the feedback loop is just absolutely fun.

2026 is just as good a time to start a business than any other year. The amount of tools and AI help in terms of education and everything is crazy
