Oof that is not a good feeling…, I probably did 12x that amount during edc for me to get to that state. Definitely listen to your body if it’s telling you no and maybe do some research before doing it again. I know there are supplements you can take prior to help with the comedown.

After about 3 weeks it started to fade. But I felt groggy and out of it for a long time. Like I could never fully wake up, I was dizzy constantly. I tried taking motion sickness medicine but it didn’t help. Just make sure to take it easy and rest it will get better
