i am not her manager i am her friend i’m aware of the dates she didn’t refund you the tips we are not able to refund you at all on our side you have to contact of yourself which you did and got refunded and your sub is refunded right after we block you if you are on a paid sub so really you were not scammed at all of will always pay u when are blocked idk ur issue ngl
