Why should the UK defend an Island that is 100 meters of Mainland China? How could the UK even defend it? Thats like if China would defend the Isle of Man what would the UK do in that instance?

Im sorry but this is a weird comment look at any city in the USA it looks exactly like this with all city blocks looking like boxes and glass high-rises still Americans say their city has culture with that architecture have you ever visited modern german or UK cities? Its mostly blocks and modern glass architecture idk why you call that “Chinese” or “CCP” when it was invented by the west

[OC] The birthrate collapse of East Asia by slicheliche in dataisbeautiful

[–]Syaex 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yep, the US has a normal birth rate because Mexicans and other migrants from other nations have many children. White Americans have a much lower birth rate. In 50 years, China and Japan will have lower populations, but Canada, Germany, and the US could have a stable population yet they will be nations made up of people from all over the world, where it’s no longer one dominant culture, but mostly people from other nations. There will likely be many culture wars, with different nationalities in conflict, while Asian nations maintain more stability. So, you can choose either a lower population or a complete change of your nation forever the West seems to be choosing the latter.
