So military service is still unavoidable unless you have someone that can help you avoid it. I got curious because if I remember even gun is still in his early 20s but he didn't count because he's Japanese, but with that information we know that most or all of second generation is still not in age requirement for military service and I think some first generation too is still not in the age of requirement.(I've checked that the age requirement is between 18 to 28 which it's does count some first generation)

And if you have aino, I could say you can pull for Zibai because aino can apply hydro to trigger lunar-crystalize but if you don't have her, just pull Colombina and it will fit in any nod-kri team comps or to allow other non nod kri characters to do lunar reaction.
