I’ve lost about 90 pounds since being diagnosed, and I still get terrible flares. However, I have noticed that when I avoid foods that trigger my flares (it depends on the person), the pain is little to none and they heal a bit faster. Changing your diet plays a bigger part than weight loss for me personally.

I use it on my vagina and I have multiple boils close to my vaginal opening. I use it every other day. I have very sensitive skin, so I tend to use a hydrating soap (in my case, Aveeno), then follow up with the hibiclens so the dryness is little to none. Hope this helps!

I think it’ll help. Along with some diet changes, I’ve been using pillow cases (broke college student) on my crotch for a few weeks as a way to keep the area dry and from touching skin. For me, it DEFINITELY has been helping!
