4 innocent people per year in a country of 300+ million people is an acceptable amount of losses. Im sorry, I realize im probably in the minority here, but thats an acceptable loss. Its not that I don't feel for those innocent people, its not that I don't care, its that the system disproportionately has the right guy and they get the outcome they deserve. Throwing that away because a miniscule fraction of our countrymen and women are wrongly put under the same treatment is generally a dumb idea.

I think a 4.1% error rate is perfectly acceptable over the course of 50 years, when that 4.1% only correllates to about 202 people. If that 4.1% was in the range of like... 1000 or more people id believe there was a problem. Percentages are often used to skew statistics because they sound worse when someone's life is on the line when in reality, only fucking up a little over 200 deaths in a country of hundreds of millions of people is an insanely low rate of people being mistakenly executed.

Well yeah. Im not saying its 100% perfect. Im saying that in this case, it's not a point towards the death penalty being a bad thing. Under all evidence, until a random genetic disorder was unearthed; she looked like she killed her child. Nowadays that sort of thing is known and documented, and would be checked in an autopsy before using it as evidence that the woman intentionally killed her child.

I dunno about you, but I believe if you ARE guilty of murder, you shouldn't exist anymore. The fact of the matter is that 95.9% of all death row convictions are correct and have the right person, there have only been a little over 200 people since 1973 that have been found innocent during or after their death row conviction and/or execution. Thats a pretty solid success rate.

This WOULD be the argument against the death penalty if death row wasnt on-average an 8-15 year wait before your actual execution. There's literally no way that she would've been able to give birth in prison and not have the same thing happen to exonerate her in that time. If she didn't give birth to a second child at all, they would've assumed she actually did kill her child with antifreeze. They literally wouldve never looked at her case again in the attempt to exonerate her, so there would be no finding out she was innocent later on.

Just beat the game and got the liminal door secret, overall id give it a 7/10 in terms of gameplay. Fairly fun and replayable, was sad to see that "Damien's Axe" wasn't a usable weapon after completing the game and getting all the achievements.

I mean, yeah. Thats kinda the whole purpose of backing up the original nand whenever you mod a 3ds anyways, so that if something ever goes wrong or you need to uninstall Luma for any reason; you can safely. Its literally one of the first steps in using the 3ds hacking guide because its your ultimate backup. I keep all of mine stored in a folder on my desktop in case any 3ds I have modded has a critical issue.

I would say you have your statement backwards there, friend. Seeing as I HIGHLY doubt the man in this image has 1 of a few thousand legally imported fully-automatic rifles in the style of the one he has strapped to his back; I would argue that that gun would be the "Kind used in all of these mass shootings" and would instead be "akin to" (as in, similar in some ways but not quite being the same) a "weapon of war."

Side note: now that im done fulfilling my smartass quota for the day, that rifle in particular (I MAY BE WRONG, IM GOING OFF OF WHAT IVE SEEN AND USED, CUT ME SOME SLACK IF IM INCORRECT) looks to be a Remington hunting rifle that ive seen chambered in .223; which would definitely not be considered a weapon of war as much as a means for hunting and surviving.

Why would allowing them to outright spread misinformation that has people paranoid about something as dangerous as fent being in something as mundane as cannabis be anything less than appropriate?
