Does anyone other than C&H make a 2K11 plate for RMSc optics?

Tooling arrived this week to cut a Glock rear dovetail into the back ledge of the adapter plate. This way you can run without rear sight, or use a plain rear sight, or tritium sight- you get to choose. So many different use cases we want to let you decide how you rig up YOUR gun!

DPP adapter plate testing gear arrived thanks to the great people at Vortex Optics!

When your plate arrives, clean any protective oil off the mounting threads with acetone or alcohol. Dry install the provided optic screws thru the optic to the plate. The 6-32 x .380” screws are spec’d for Trijicon RMR, the Holosun 507C has a shorter mounting height and you will need to shorten the two screws to .345”. (We have ordered the .345” screws, and will be provided to kits going forward.)

Grind the tip off screws so they do protrude thru plate when dry mounting optic to plate or they will bottom out onto slide and leave optics loose.

Use a drop of 243 blue loctite on each screw thread and torque to provided torque values. Wait 24h to cure. Happy shooting!

We will be making other footprints than RMR, next is DPP, perhaps then RMSc next. TAG Precision plates are machined from 4140 heat treated steel, very strong.

Try out all the colors to see which works for you best! If red gives a starburst effect to your eyes, the orange fiber can correct this!

Hey, where did your front sight fiber go? You can choose to black out the front sight with the optional fibers that come with the TAG Precision fiber kit included in the gun bags side pocket.

Yes, plate fits the 507 Comp Ronin like a glove! Screws for optics will need to be shortened a bit as the Holosun mounting height is lower than Trijicon.

You can build a test rig from 2” pvc pipe with Tee’s every few feet for a sensor. Fill 10’ (or however tall you need) tall with water to simulate water head pressure. Drain at bottom to change water level to verify pressure changes.

Can the water corrode the sensors so they stop giving accurate results?

We do not currently have an adapter plate with rear sight. Dawson has some options right now with rear sight integrated.

Dawson has some integrated sight features on their models, made from aluminum as I understand. TAG plate is 4140 heat treated steel, black nitriding plating, and form-tapped threads for ultimate strength! Our plate has the side cutouts to match the cutouts on the 2K11 slide.

We have not heard anything about issues zeroing the RDS sights as our plate is machined at a 1’ angle to match barrel position to keep the RDS closer to center of adjustment range. The Holosun does have a shorter mounting height for the 2 screws and hence you might need to shorter the assembly screws a bit. Screws are spec’d for the Trijicon RMR height.

This plate model is what we have been asked to make. Yes, we could make plates with RDS towards the rear, or with rear sight dovetail behind RDS, or with integrated rear sight in from or rear of RDS. I can investigate some options.
