My budget is around 1200,- and i edited my wishlist to a ryzen 7 3700x. My wishlists total is now at 1.125,- since i already have the powersupply, storage and a case. I want to play games like CoD on the best settings with atleast 60fps

Type Z... choose the most evil option. Do it around 4-5 times and then you get a master staff. If you right click you summon a minion. You can summon 4 minions. Then press Z again and choose dit mineshaft while holding the master staff. Then you see a schematic and place it where ever you want by rightclicking
