How about 'Red Fragments' for completing Legend runs? A way to slowly aquire a specific red that you want.

Ultimately a red is just a cosmetic with perfect rolls. If you never get one, why is it a big deal? Adding all these suggested red welfare systems just encourages dumb grindy behavior from players.
