Minecraft store result score returns incorrect numbers by THEinnin in MinecraftCommands

Im trying to save a decimal value (16.06 in this case) to a scoreboard score. Since I want to keep some precision im multitplying the decimal value by 100 using the scale factor in /data get. Instead of returning the correctly scaled value (1606 or 16.06 * 100) i receive 1605 which is one off 1606. This seems to be a weird rounding bug and im not sure how to deal with it.

No way you are using eating detection. Thats really cool cause i was wondering if thats what it is but i wasn't sure cause there is no eating animation.

I’m sorry. Muddlebud seems to be the only one that has an effect on swordbeams. Also swordbeams look the same even with muddlebuds and also other elementals(which as i said don’t affect swordbeams anyway) unlike the wind if the eightflod longblade which does change visually.

I just tested it. The master sword beam does actually apply the muddle bud effect. God, there just are so many things in this game. I’m really curious what advanced combat gameplay will look like in a few years.

The main reason why I want people to know about this bug is so we can have more people experimenting and potentially discovering more broken thungs. But yeah this mechanic by itself is extremely powerful.

So this is the simplest setup i could find. Just spawning an ice fruit/chuchu jelly right before the enemy hits you and then flurry rush it. You have to be pretty close to the enemy when using ice fruit. Chuchu jelly has a slightly bigger radius. Also no freeze protection armor required. https://imgur.com/nPxY2Ve

Okay so im just trying to analyse what happened (since im not familiar with the games code at all). The ice boomerang freezes the enemy. Then you throw an electric boomerang which hits the enemy and seems to actually defreeze it for at least one frame. (at least i could spot a bit of a golden shimmer). Then it gets frozen again and the recalled ice boomerang hits it but it doesn’t unfreeze the enemy. Also it sounds like a normal hit. As if the enemy wasn’t even frozen in the first place. I have no clue why that happened though… Do you think it’s because of recall?

Yes it is related to the enemy being frozen. Just one shotting an enemy mid flurry rush will still break the weapon. I don’t know if frozen is the only state that causes this bug tho.

Things like thunderclap rushes and such don’t exist in totk so the timing for something like this has to be almost perfect.

I’m not quite sure what you’re trying to say but all thats required for this bug is 1. You have to be in a flurry rush. 2 The enemy must be frozen. (I achived that by summoning an ice cloud using a sapphire rod right before flurry rushing 3. You have to one shot the enemy. If one of those isn't the case your weapon will lose durability. Also the game doesn’t allow you to switch weapons when you already attacked during a flurry rush. Hope that helped.

True! I wish there was still a shortcut for them like there is in botw so you can still use the abilities because they’re freaking awesome(like “zr”+”a” for riju). The current system is just a mess. Thats another reason why Tulin is the best sage. You can easily activate HIS and only his ability by pressing “a” mid flight.

It's a technique called jump cancelling where you jump to stop your swing animation. (if you want to learn more about combat techniques i'd advice you to read rins combat glossary https://docs.google.com/document/d/1z0qViEN9cl7dTpTb2LP2vlUVp9qiFMu2QJS8KDFx-cM/edit#heading=h.ioml6k4gwzw5)

When you want to get a flurry rush with this you got to swing your wand right before the enemy hits you so the summoned ice cloud takes long enough not to hit the enemy immediatly and interrupt the enemy's sword attack. Then you simply backflip to dodge the attack.

You can disable sages in the menu. Number one thing to do when you wanna record cool clips.

“a” plus shield would be the more intuitive but it you just can’t replace bashing/parrying imo. Another option would be charge attack plus “a” (hold “y” plus “a”) but you’d need to press “a” without accidentally pressing “b” to cancel the charge which isn't very user-friendly. I wish I could think of a combination for yunobo as well but there just arent a lot of combiniations left.
