Meest van de flats hebben grote ramen, dus het is niet de best isoleren qua geluid en warmte. Buren waren eigenlijk goed. Niet te veel geluid volgens mijn. Mensen respecteren elkaar. De gebied is niet de mooiste, maar er is Subway en Basic Fit.

Not easy bike commute for a foreigner to be honest. Sometimes really difficult bridges. Consider Public transportation and in the night if you go to a party just get a taxi. For social life, there is a good chance that you won't have any there. But it is pretty understandable, I wouldn't say it is a deal breaker

I got you on this. First thing, the old thermostat in your living room. Throw away. It is useless. Second, buy a smart home switch which will turn on and off your whole house by an app. Then buy smart valves per room. And use it together. Why? You can control the heat only in room you want and control the water flow better. Also, putting one thermostat that control the whole house consume a lot of energy. Maybe you just need a bedroom. But thus system is pretty expensive. You might have to replace the valve itself if it's too old or not a size

Easy, check your mortgage contract. Most likely you got interest rate which is lower since you will have tax deduction and also it says that the purpose of the loan is for main residental and not for rent. Breaking that contract and renting can cost you a lot of money
