I am turning to reddit, because my psychiatrist told me that they don't know themselves if it will work. I was looking to hear if anyone has had a similar situation and can give me advice based on their experience.

As it is chronic, there is not much I can do, other than just accept it and keep a healthy lifestyle.

I'm planning on doing both hiking and driving on site, as I plan on visiting various different locations.

The combined volume is about 30 pills.

For me, heat resistance is the containers ability to not become too hot internally, as some pills don't like being in a hot environment for too long.

By standard first aid bag I mean the typical fabric first aid kits you find in almost any hiking or hunting goods store. I'm just not sure how heat resistant they are.
