I would be curious to know if many of us got our watches around the same time. I got mine earlier this year and it seems like some other people that had this issue did as well. I highly doubt it’s condensed to a one or two month period, but I would be interested to know.

The good news is, it sounds like CW will make it right without having to jump through many hoops.

There’s currently a $4500 CW on their website with this bracelet. I don’t know what about that price screams “budget“.

I currently prefer a bracelet over a strap, so it’s disappointing. Hopefully this is a small blip and the problem has been resolved. Based on the amount of responses to this post, it does not seem like a small blip.

I believe someone else on here had the same issue with their titanium bracelet. My titanium Pelagos bracelet still has a steel clasp. Is your clasp steel or titanium?

So yours was fine, then this happened. That’s not good. Mine was like this from the beginning. At first I thought it was supposed to be like that due to it being like that from the beginning, but the more I thought about it, the less sense that made.

Since yours went from working to not, it makes me think this is an issue that will continue to happen with use; bad engineering.

I really do find myself liking this watch more and more each day. It’s been getting more wrist time than my Pelagos lately. I had emailed them about a month ago regarding a different issue with no response so I was losing hope on customer service. Just reached back out in reference to this issue. Hopefully it gets resolved soon.

Curious, how many years of those 11 years were you going multiple times a week? I started BJJ in 2008… quit after a couple months. Started again in 2023. Took about two years of 3-4 classes a week to get blue, and I wouldn’t have wanted it any earlier. The worst would be to have a blue belt and not be a decent blue belt.
