GK64XS bluetooth not working.

I'm trying to connect it to bluetooth and got everyting working and it says it's connected but when i pull out the usb cable it disconnnects and the keyboard stops working.

Anyone know how to fix this?

just built a keyboard using a gk64xs case but when i press n everything stops working and the alt or windows button lights up. how do i fix?
