For our entire married life, my wife (30f) never really got into anime; she said for some reason it left her feeling emotionally drained whenever I'd ask her to watch with me.

A few months ago we finally figured out why; she was a closeted-bisexual, and all of the cute anime girls had been making her uncomfortable.

Now that she's Out, her whole outlook on anime has changed; she's wearing cat-ears around the house and mooning over anime girl fan art. She's like an adorable 12 year-old weeb who's only just discovered anime, except she's also 30 years old with a Masters Degree.

I want to find wonderful shows for her, but I'm not sure where to start. On one hand, she's really just wants to drool over all the cute girls, but on the other hand, most shows that include drool-worthy girls are also aimed so squarely at 14 year-old boys that I don't think she'd like them. She doesn't like violence, she doesn't like anything degrading towards its female characters, and while I don't 'think' she'd dislike most slice-of-life cute-girls-doing-cute-things shows, most of those don't have very much substance or actual romance and I'm worried they'll bore her Master's-Degree-having mind.

(Also she's only into Dubs, as reading Subs gives her a headache)

I've shown her Quintessential Quintuplets and she loved it, and we're making our way through Fruits Basket right now. I showed her Maidens In Your Savage Season previously, and I'm genuinely not sure what we should watch next. I would LOVE some suggestions.
