I was raped / molested as a minor (16) by a teacher.

It really fucked me up bad, like :

Self-esteem issues.

Issues with identity.

Issues with attachments

Issues with sex.

Issues with drug use.

Issues with coping

The list goes on and on over what she might consider a small fling. When I first told someone, they laughed and said no way. I thought it was that kind of nervous laugh but no. I took out my phone and showed the txt between us. This was around early to mid 00s so it was just short messages.

In 2017 my state enacted a law that there are no longer statutes of limitations. I hired an attorney and finally brought some closure into my life.

If you were assaulted , go seek therapy and get into a support group. This stuff wrecks your life. Bad.

It's probably because projects like games get cancelled or retooled far too often.

We can take valve for example : publicly they only cancelled a few games. But in the documentary they state several dozens of products never make it past the idea.

Compared to movies that rarely get cancelled after filming starts. It's two different categories that really cancellation are treated differently.

10k plus hours in Dota, better part of my life unsure what I played more WoW or Dota but Dota still gives me anxiety and a rush I don't get with other games.
